Edit: How To Cron Job velociraptor
1) Go to your cpanel and go to the advanced tab and click on cron jobs
2) setup new cron job for raptor.php every 10 minutes.



3) setup new cron job for raptor2.php every 2 minutes.



4) Setup cron job for checker.php every 12 hours.




Of course replace site.com with your website url, or the file's path on the hosting.
