100webspace: The best free hosting provider i knew, which i've used for my first web site 5 years ago and the hosting is still valid till now while many free hosting already disappeared.

It is good for personal uses. Because they allow us only 100 MB which is not ideal for professional use. But I too recommend this as I too used it before 1 year
